Professor Guy Gable heads the Information Technology Professional Services Research track in School of Information Technology, Queensland Uni­versity of Technology. He is Senior Editor Journal of Strategic Information Systems, Assoc. Editor MIS Quarterly, and on the editorial boards several journals. Dr Gable is a Charter Member of AIS, has held a range of AIS roles, and has been highly active in the main Pacific Asia region conferences (Pacific Asia Conference on IS and Australasian Conference on IS). Main research interests are IT Professional Services, IS-Impact, Enterprise Sys­tems, Service Quality Measurement and Research Methods. Current research funding organizations include Accenture Australia, SAP Australia, and Australian Research Council (ARC). His doctorate is from U. Bradford, England and his MBA from U. West­ern Ontario (Ivey School of Business). He has over 100 refereed publications (e.g. Management Science, Journal of the AIS, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, Information & Management, European Journal of Information Systems).
